Terms of Service

KOL-Craft provides an AI writing assistant that helps users draft personalized messages for creator partnerships on YouTube and TikTok. Users review, edit, and send all drafts themselves from their own email clients. The Service includes a web application, Chrome browser extension, and supporting APIs.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

The Service is intended for business use — creator partnership writing for brands, agencies, and independent creators. Personal use unrelated to commercial partnership communication is not in scope.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of someone else without authorization. Each subscription covers one user.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Unused drafts do not roll over to the next billing period. Quotas reset on the first day of each calendar month.

14-day guarantee: We offer a full 14-day refund on all subscription purchases — no exceptions, no conditions, no questions asked.

If you are not satisfied with KOL-Craft for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, regardless of usage. This applies to monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and all tiers (Starter, Pro).

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime from your account settings to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Refund requests may also be submitted directly through Paddle.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
• Impersonate another person or organization in generated outreach
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or prompts
• Use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or illegal
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without written permission
• Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls
• Use automated scripts to access the Service beyond what our API officially supports

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

The Service uses AI to generate draft copy. You acknowledge that:

• AI output may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not fit for purpose
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing all drafts before sending them
• KOL-Craft does not send messages on your behalf — all sending is done by you from your own accounts
• We do not guarantee reply rates, conversion rates, or any specific business outcomes
• Generated content reflects publicly available information about creators at the time of analysis

You own the draft copy generated for your account. We do not claim rights to your generated content.

The Chrome extension interacts with YouTube and TikTok to extract publicly available creator data. Use of our extension must comply with the terms of service of those platforms. We are not affiliated with YouTube, TikTok, or their parent companies.

We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms that affect the Service's ability to extract data.

The KOL-Craft name, logo, product design, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our branding or reproduce our software.

You retain ownership of your brand information, creator lists, and generated drafts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOL-Craft and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
• Damages arising from your use of AI-generated content
• Third-party platform changes that affect service functionality

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements.

By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Paddle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse. We will provide notice where reasonable.

Upon termination, your access ends immediately. Data deletion follows our retention policy (section 4 of the Privacy Policy).

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable international commerce laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action. For billing disputes, Paddle's dispute resolution process applies first.
