We offer a full 14-day refund on all subscription purchases — no exceptions, no conditions, no questions asked.

If you are not satisfied with KOL-Craft for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, regardless of usage.

This applies to monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and all tiers (Starter, Pro).

Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day window, but you can cancel anytime from your account settings to prevent future charges.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our payment provider and Merchant of Record.

Refund requests may also be submitted directly through Paddle.
